Build 1 for sure IMHO. A white interior would look amazing, but I've heard that BMW's white interiors get stained obscenely quickly if you wear jeans, and even if you don't then they're impossible to keep pure white, and once they're not they start to look dingy fast. Stained/dirty/dulled white

Out of curiosity, why the ceramic brakes?
