I had to endure Martz for a while. Without the talent he had in StL, he's nothing. His system sucks unless you've got good personnel all around. The Bears have some good players, but they need to adjust their game plan to account for their porous line. It's actually easier to build an offense around mediocre talent at the "skill" positions and a great line than it is to build an offense around great talent at the skill positions and a crappy line. In college, the reverse can be true, but absolutely not in the pros.
Frankly, I don't even know why the Bears bothered picking Martz up. His streak of coaching failure after the Rams is staggering.
