Issue has been resolved! I took my car in to get the rotors replaces and explained that I was having lethargic downshifts. My SA was able to run my key to see if there were any software updates available which popped a DCT Transmission software update message.
Ever since the update the shifts have been quick and precise. It feels like an M again!
