I always thought it was a rule of thumb to get an alignment after lowering. I was curious about lowering mine with H&R's...but ride quality is important and due to "only so much" you can adjust camber after lowering it persuaded me not to. Not only do I dislike compromised ride quality, but I hate front tire noise from poor camber.
