From what I know, the stock F10 exhaust is one piece. So if you only want section 3 (mufflers) changed, the stock exhaust must be cut.
Stock mufflers can be welded back on after.
If you don't want stock exhaust cut, you have to change section 2 (mid section / cross pipe) and 3 (mufflers).
