With snow tires, it will play
okay, not very well. My Porsche Cayenne with snow tires plays very well. The most fun I have ever had in an automobile doing anything, at any time, was driving my previous Audi RS4 with Dunlop Winter Sports in 8" fresh powder. What a complete blast that was !!!
That said, most who can afford an M5 can afford a second more dedicated winter car, even if it is just a Subaru or something.
