There is no way they would allow a stock tuned m5's turbos run at it's Mac capacity. I say this because than they would be warrantying blow turbos and that's just not cost efficient. They probably figured out a way to get turbos which are a little bigger than the stock ones in there. The m3 motor was rated at 414hp so it can definitely be achieved easily while keeping the turbos very efficient.
