Just did a google search of North Carolina lemon law and you may be a bit premature.
In the first 24 months or 24,000 miles, presenting your car for the same defect four times with unsuccessful repair or having to leave the vehicle with the dealer for 20 business days may trigger a lemon law claim.
But it may be time to start a discussion with the dealership about what it would take to get a replacement for your vehicle if the problems persist.
