dealer collected the insurance & DL info of the offending driver (lady in X5) . so i'll follow up with them and Farmers and see how it goes....
dealer said no loaner from BMW b/c was due to customer not employee.
no body shop on the premises, thus the referral. based on limited research the body shop looks legit (metropolitan collision in the heights).
accident was at Advantage in midtown.
(it's gonna be a heavy coffee day!)
