The "Frozen" part is from a Matt effect Clear coat.
A Normal Clear coat would make it shiny.
The color underneath the clear coat is usually the same as many other colors.
Frozen Gray has the same paint as Space Gray underneath the matt clear coat.
Only difference is Matt Clear coat VS Gloss Clear coat.
