If you're looking for sparkle similar to imperial but different, moonstone may not be the right choice. It can display many shades &, given the right light, reflects different colours to the silver base, however, the fleck is only visible very close up.
The BMW indy app seems to suggest that the std indy colours are now xirallic (many of the indy colours now have a paint code of X
nn), so I believe a darker indy colour like pyrite will provide the sparkle you mention in the right light. If you have any reservations going dark brown on light brown, then perhaps tanzanite blue would be something safe but different to imperial.
