Funny you should ask that today (I was going to ask the same thing). Instead I paid the $30 for access to the BMW TIS Site and found out it is 140 N-m (103 Ft-lbs).
I'm thinking about taking my wheels off tomorrow to give them a thorough cleaning and Zaino treatment.
