Perhaps you should re-read my post. I said it works fine for "the majority of people". That in no way applies to everyone. As well, BMI should be taken as another factor of your health, not the end result. I'm relatively lean, but I'm not a "scrawny/nerdy guy". Thanks for the vote of conifdence



I'm 6'0" (ok, 5'11.5") at 172 lbs and my BMI reads 23.32 currently. "Healthy" is between 20.7-27.8, so 24.4 is more a median than 22, fwiw.

If you're ripped or have a muscular build, then BMI won't be as accurate. It is however fine for, again, the majority of folk. Keep rocking those workouts
