This reminds me of way back when, when there were speculations that the F10 M5 was going to get KERS and Active Aerodynamics like the Ferrari 458 has. As we all know the F10 M5 does not have either of these things.
I doubt that the LCI F10 M5 will have a competition package or a bump in horsepower, unless I hear it from the horses mouth myself, BMW.

When someone says competition package, I don't think about power increase. If you said BMW PPK I would think power increase.
BMW normally associated the "Competition Package" title to an M car with an upgraded MDM, lowering the car, offering new wheels unique to the package, and maybe introducing a new exterior/interior combo unique to the package.
