OP, Frozen has clearcoat as others have mentioned, and maintenance requirements aren't actually higher. They're just different, and in fact a lot of things you can or even should do on gloss paint are actually unnecessary or harmful on Frozen paint, so as long as you throw out what you think you know about paint maintenance, you'll actually probably find yourself with less work on your hands keeping it looking great.

That said, if you don't like Frozen at all, then this won't help. But I agree that with the 490 color code, it could be mislabeled. HOWEVER, when you ordered the car you should have been required to sign a printout of your order confirming that the dealer had set it up to your exact spec -- and you should have been given a copy of that document. Do you have it so you can prove that you did in fact order Brilliant White if you decide that that's still what you want? Otherwise, the dealer could try to keep your deposit even if you reorder on the grounds that you ordered an uncommon (and expensive) color and 6MT, both of which could make the car more difficult to sell. Of course the dealer might still have their copy of your order printout, which could help your case.
