You can never really
know for sure since the FDA doesn't regulate stuff like this. But then again, GNC is a trusted and very large brand and I doubt they would put a product on their shelves with their name on it that was heavily contaminated. Still, I'd go with the brands recommended by Bobby_Light. I go with Optimum Nutrition because I got it in a package deal from *******
