I've had this done to me too. my advice:

1. contact owner and tell him how disappointed you are. tell him you will not recommend them to anyone else.

2. post yelp and better business bureau reviews. posting a complaint on the BBB will get their attention because they will receive it and will be asked to respond.

3. leave post it note before every future service anywhere else.

4. move on.

in the end, you can create a lot more aggravation to yourself than this is worth. so do what you need to do to feel OK then just enjoy your M5.
