If there is any repeat option, it would be in the "options" menu.
Try the below:
1. Highlight the audio source (such as the name of your USB/CD) and push the iDrive controller right. Check that menu for repeat.
2. Highlight the name of the song, and push the iDrive controller right to access the options menu.. check that for a repeat option.
