With all due respect this is a silly attitude to take. Brakes, especially high performance brakes, will squeal when covered with brake dust, rust, etc. Further they are more prone to squeal with a deposit of pad compound on them. This is why it's very important to keep the wheels clean and to properly break in the pads/rotors and to occasionally perform some hi speed stops.
Frankly when a person buys a high performance vehicle that comes with high performance brakes there are things that just must be accepted. If not, buy a Lexus.
