Enough was enough - after complaining about the squeal for the last yr or so, I dropped it off and told them that it had to be fixed.
Few days later they said there was a campaign out by BMW for this and they pasted the guide pins. I'm not enough of a brake junkie to know how this would actually stop the squeal but so far it had(knock on alot of wood)
