Sorry to hear about your troubles.
I'd see how it drives since they are compensating you for time without the car. If it doesn't drive the same as before the problem, I'd see what they can do for you.
You may be close enough to the end for them to do a pull forward into another car. Of course, that requires that you want another BMW.
