Probably because it wouldn't qualify as a legitimate Lemon, unless you were type of individual that wanted to whine about it.
The car blew a motor, it happens, it's not like it has had the same issue repeatedly and has spent an extensive amount of time in the shop. That scenario would qualify for a Lemon. YMMV read the fine print for your State.
