^^^ once again an old thread but they are rt , in order to qualify for lemon law the vehicle must be the orig owner from new , 18000 miles or less or 18 mo's and an unrepairable issues w a minimum of 3 fail'd repair attempt's the one sealing the deal is the 4th time in shop for same issue or the car being laid up in shop for 30 day's + so 31 days would then qualify w all the other stuff in play 18k miles or 18 mo's or less of ownership by orig owner !!
so yea no !!
