^ Unlikely you'd get a diminished value claim out of that -- but also unlikely that you'd have any diminished value at all. Unfortunate though the damage is, it looks pretty minor, and in fact judging by some of those pics, you may get a bumper replacement rather than repair, which I'd personally prefer anyway.
