4 year / 50K Basic Warranty - 4 Year / 50K Powertrain Warranty. More than likely you'll hit 50k miles before the 4 year mark but that will depend on how much you drive.
The Competition package is up to you; I have a 15' M5 and I didn't feel it was worth it so I chose a car w/o it. It adds 15HP, suspension improvements and an improved exhaust note. Some people love the fact that it's factory installed while others such as myself believe there are better aftermarket options that accomplish more. TrevorM3 is selling a non-comp M5 if you decide to go that route ...
I don't think the price is bad but there are others for $52K with less mileage so still a bit of room for negotiation IMO.
