I have a leased Black Sapphire Metallic M5. I had Opti-coat applied to it immediately. Cquartz lasts roughly 18 months, but will have more pop to it. Opti-coat is probably the most durable (lasts longer), and looks great (a little less pop, though). I'm not as familiar with ceramic pro. None of these are a force field for scratches. Yes, they may reduce the likelihood, but they do a better job of reducing marring.

Your car will look better after a quick wash, with less effort, because of these products. Many people here who lease have these products installed. I'm glad I did, despite the cost.
