I'm somewhat indifferent on the black emblem on the MCB color. I like that it matches the black side marker grills that i put in, as well as the black kidney grills. But it's also hard to read the M on the MCB color. It could have been the lighting this afternoon when the did the install, and the car was pretty dirty too. I'm sure I'll get used to it.

Yes you lost contrast. I wouldn't change accents on an MCB car. Black doesn't work unless you want the feature to be invisible. The same is true of the grilles. They are deemphasized in Black on Blue.

It's counterintuitive but when you apply black accents to MCB you are doing the opposite of what others do when they apply black accents to white or silver cars. They are creating contrast and we would be destroying contrast.
