I was about to order an M5 but found a near pristine Interlagos Blue M3 Sedan with low miles and a manual transmission for sale at a price i could not ignore.
So I guess I'm going to at least hold out and wait for a bit. For those of you picking up early September, let me know. I'll still be willing to meet up and show you round the ring if the timing works out. I had a chance to play with an F10 M5 on the autobahn headed to frankfurt last week. It pulled away from me with no problems at all on numerous occasions once traffic opened up ;-)
In the M3's defense I was carrying 3 passengers plus luggage while the M5 only had the driver to worry about. But OMG the torque of that thing! Singapore Grey is gorgeous in full sunlight too!
