Basically you need to call them with a broken Canon camera. It has to be broken, not just old, dirty, etc. If you don't have a cheap powershot or something you can't use, just buy one on ebay or craigslist for $10 and run it over with you car. 
Sadly the 5D is no longer part of the loyalty program, so that's why I didn't go through that and instead had to wait for their stupid sales/coupons. |
I'll have to remember that. I'm still recuperating financially from this month's outlay for the 24-105 and then our trip to MI. Maybe in the fall.
