My E60 M5 was such a great car to own and drive - I will miss the wail of the V10. But the F10 M5 is all-around just astonnishing.
The power truly is intoxicating - to hear it growl and to experience that wall of torque ("the intense presence of power").
The competition package feels perfect on this car. The ride feels even more planted but not at all harsh. And the CP steering is on par with the E60, which I thought was perfection. Oh, and the sounds the CP exhaust makes are delicious.
I love the look of the car overall, and the interior feels like 2 generations ahead of the E60. It's going to take me a while to learn about all the gadgets in this beast.
I guess my first mod needs to be ... changing my username. The V10 reference doesn't apply anymore!
