I've had the exact same problem from the day I took delivery in August. Haven't figured out from the manual any way to fix this. I've actually found it easier to "reset" when doing a search by artist to not have to figure out which artist I'm actually going to see a listing for. It's annoying, tho, because you have to start at the top if the alphabet again with the "A" artists....
