You mean for re-delivery? Yes the it's the 1-800 number. Some of the people who work at customer relations are quite useless. Don't even bother talking with the first person who answers your phone, instead ask directly for Tina Gunn at BMW Customer Relations. Ask for her extension and only talk to her, she will get your M5 to you, trust me. Good luck!
