Is the CarFax clean? How many owners has it had? Private party or dealer? If dealer, Factory Certified or not? Warranty start date? Hard to say if it's a good deal or not without the facts. This car at auction could bring mid to upper-mid 50's presuming it was straight, clean carfax and didn't need a excessive amount of reconditioning-tires, ect... I wouldn't buy a car with this mileage without it being Certified. FYI a new one leases fairly well these days.
