The best thing I ever did was to stop wearing a watch.

If I am sitting in front of a computer screen, there is a clock in the corner

If I am in the car, there is a clock there.

If I am in the office, there is normally a clock on the wall.

If I am in the street and really need to know what time it is, my phone has a clock on it.

But not wearing a watch on my wrist really changed my quality of life.

Out in the evening having a few drinks I can kick back and relax. I am not constantly checking the time. Indeed I can really loose track of time and enjoy the quality leisure time.

Around town, I can enjoy what I am doing.

You really should try it for a week. Once you get over the shock you find that life is less frantic and more enjoyable.
