adds checkbox under Settings -> Heads Up Display -> Displayed Information menu
for "Entertainment/Telephone" . However the checkbox cannot be selected.

When do the radio menu's and call lists appear in the HUD? Always? Do they replace the nav? Or they appear only when that is what is selected on the iDrive?
