I installed them myself. I remember reading some posts from owners who had a changed steering feel after the sway bar install and wondered why that would be. The steering effort of mine is still the same, although I always drive in Sport mode, whether street or track, just so I have the response I'm used to. The four large bolts which attach the front sway bar brackets are also important to the steering. They hold the steering gear to the front axle carrier, and are torqued to 100Nm (74 ft pounds) with a large 105 degree rotation after the torque value is reached. It's not a difficult install, but I suppose it could be goofed up by somebody. Unfortunately there's a lot of unwrapping to do to check those bolts.
