What are the consequences of speeding in your country ?

Here in the UK, we get points on our license and a fine. If one is caught doing say 10-20mph over the limit, the standard is 3-6 points and say £100-£200 fine.

However if caught doing 25mph over the limit, one could get summoned to court, get their license taken away for a year, or even face jail time (if deemed dangerous driving)

Also if you were to accumulate 12 points on your license, it will be taken away for a year.
