Honestly you cant smell anything inside the car if your windows are up.
If you are driving with the windows down still nothing. Once you pull up to a stop with the windows down it smells really bad.
The sound and the gain alone is worth dealing with the smell and CEL.
I just roll up my windows at stop lights and problem fixed.
