I wrote an even-tempered email to BMW NA requesting information, and then had a civilized call with the gentelman to whom my email was forwarded. He was happy to share whatever information he had since I treated him respectfully. He noted that he'd had a few calls last week on which he "heard more four letter words than he knew existed." He didn't seem to enthusiastic about helping those individuals out.
