Oh my goodness! I am releaved to know you and your family are ok, and at the same time sick to my stomach to learn that this is how bmwna handles these situations.

If it were me, I would give them the time to conduct their investigation, then take them to court. I always knew bmwna is a pita to deal with, but this is inexcusable!
