Your car might not be at the port in germany buddy, its probably at the port in the US. My car arrived last week, but the 800 number says that its still waiting a shipping vessel. Get your vin number and track the cargo through the vessel website. Even the bmw website is updated that my car is at "its finishing touches", so the 800 is not updated.
