It's more likely Race Chip has stolen Switzer's IP and is selling it cheap because they did no R&D.
Either way I don't buy pirated media. Unless I am convinced Race Chip does real development and testing, they are a no go for me.
On the other hand if you want to do a 5-10k mile test with Race Chip and share your findings that would be great.
