i ordered my M5 in the third week of october with a residual of 61% at 10k miles. i was sweating bullets when i found out the residual dropped for November. thankfully since my order went through in October my SA advised i was not subject to the monthly payment increase resultant from the residual drop. my m5 completed production on the 31st of october and is waiting for loading onto the ship. I will also hopefully get the holiday credit of $2,000 to be applied to the contract price so the payments per month on this lease will be dropped by an additional $55.00 for 36 months.
