Don't like how the brake ducts pinch in at the center, the wheels aren't as special as the E60's, and the rear looks extremely boring and unoriginal unlike the previous gen's. I'm hoping some unofficial pics and video reviews change my mind.  |
I know what you mean. I still like it because it's classy and reminds me of the E39 a little. However, I knew it just wasn't going to look as dramatic as the E60. I loved that concept when we seen it. It looked so imposing and eye-catching. The new M5 looks a little reserved.
I think I know why the front looks tame. The grille, headlights and intakes are all rectangular and similar size. It's also similar to the M3. I also don't like the way the ducts meet in the middle. The E60 was full of mad shapes and really looked unique.
