In my opinion, 650/650 is enough for this platform. You go beyond that and it's either good night sweet engine or it's going to cost you an arm and a leg to keep it reliable (supporting mods for a small market car--AKA the M tax).
In a world of finite resources, I would rather spend the 40k on a p-car than mod the M5 to kingdom come. In a perfect world where I dont have to choose, then obviously I would opt for a monster sedan and a p-car or Ferrari. Congrats to those members who can afford both!!
