I really don't see an issue with this. Not talking about the death, but the rage some people have for a kid driving these. I use to spend a lot of time at the track working with a team (adult team, not juniors). We would watch the juniors and it was awesome. There were different classes, but the highest class was an 8HP (if I remember). The times allow(age 5) couldn't be faster than 20 seconds. 5-7 was 14 seconds. 8-9 was 12 seconds. THIS IS 1/8th MILE. (my numbers could be off, its been about 10 years since I was involved).

Minivans are faster than this, so no the G Forces are not hurting the kids. The rules and restrictions are pretty darn safe. I would say motocross is MUCH more dangerous.
