Your Aquamist system will run but you are relying on its safety systems and not the JB4's - it won't control the boost down if you are pushing boost over 23psi so theres potential for issue.
If you are only running on normal boost levels i.e Map 1 and Map 2 upt to 22psi you won't have a problem as the meth injection is only adding cooling and not relied appon for additional octane and boost levels.
