While your parking spot is no doubt, clutch... I have to respectfully disagree that it's the "best spot ever had by man".
The parking spot I had while at the hotel Bayerisher Hof in Lindau, Germany was (IMO) the best spot I've seen posted so far.
Not only was the garage and parking lot secured via an exterior gate, but the doors also had a lock to which I was given a cool skeleton key to come and go as I pleased. And then it also had a high cool factor in that it was an old school 'carriage style' garage.
