It's time for me to give back for the info you shared with me on the Eisenmann Sport. I discussed the rattle with Eisenmann/IND and they shared the following:

reply from Germany-
Every valve system comes with a “stock setting” which means after a run in time it might be necessary to pre-adjust the system…. When the engine is started, the vacuum of the valvetronic system compensate the clearance and the metallic sound stops. If not, he has to adjust the pre-stress of the valve by using the bolt between vacuum part of the valve and the flap (just make sure, that the rod system between vacuum unit and flap does not have any clearance).
