A P44SC Vs a P104 in the same size, same width with similar offsets is going to favor the P104 by about 1.5Lbs per wheel with the data that I have here (20x11 vs 20x11).
Neither would have an advantage over the other on the track other than the weight variance, which might have you lean more towards the P104. If you're looking for a wheel that can pull off dual duty of street/track driving, either would be a great option, otherwise if you're looking for a wheel more catered for track duty the R101 Wheel might be another one to throw into the mix.
